Served with papers to collect a creditcard debt from a local attorney.?
It said i had 20 days to respond to the letter that the process server gave me….called the number and it was attorneys that are debt collecters…do they want me to call them to set up payment arranges or what? and if i dont set up im sure they will take me to court? the paper wasnt a summons at all just to respond to them.
