What to put in a letter to customers about using less paper and paying cash on site for services rendered.?

Ok. Our company uses quite a bit of paper each month sending out invoices. We are trying to come up with a letter to send out to all of our customers. We want somehow to state in the letter that we want to use less paper and would like for our customers to pay with cash or check at the time of services rendered. We want to make it an option for them, but stress that it is something we really would like to do. Also maybe put in the letter that we accept credit cards and maybe they could have their invoices paid each month automatically with credit cards. I have put in charge of this letter and am not the best letter writer in the world.

Anyone who can help it would be greatly appreciated. Please no smart alic remarks or anything. Only answer if you can help.

To Our valued customers.
We at ( put your company name here) are trying to do our part to cut down on the depletion of our natural resources and one way to do it is to reduce the amount of paper we generate each month.
To do this we are changing our billing and payment policy. We hope that you will understand and willing to work with us to achieve this.
We will no longer be mailing out monthly invoices and payment by cash, check, or credit card unless other credit arrangements have been made before hand be paid upon completion of all services rendered. If payment is delayed a 10% late fee will be applied. We will not send another invoice.. Please consider the bill presented for payment due at the completion of work as your notice to pay. Payment must be recieved within 7 working days.
