How do I remove negative ebay feedback left for me after I left positive feedback?
I bought an item on ebay, sent a cashiers check within 24 hours of winning, received the item weeks later with only one email response from the seller telling me he had shipped it. It was in pretty worn shape, which was not how it was described, but it was too cheap to try a return, so I accepted it.
I then left positive feedback stating it was more worn than described, but still useable and that shipping took weeks after my cashiers check was cashed. The seller then left me negative feedback saying he’ll play hardball if I want to leave honest feedback, even if positive.
I have offered to withdraw my positive feedback if he’ll withdraw his negative, but I seriously doubt he will since he has no incentive to do so.
What can I do to get this totally undeserved negative removed from ebay?
You have to dispute this with Ebay. You are soon to discover, though, that Ebay has the worst customer service. Use Ebay help to search undeserved feedback and dispute it through Ebays resolution services. Good luck!
